Lisa Peters
Chair
Reimbursement Analyst, Centura
Lisa is passionate about Aspiring Leaders because she loves knowing we are impacting the next generation of healthcare leaders. She works as a Reimbursement Analyst at Centura Health, specializing in hospital reimbursement and regulation. She is also currently pursuing a Master of Public Health through Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and expects to graduate in 2024.
Lisa has been a member of HFMA since 2019. She loves organizing events and networking with the students and young professionals who participate in Aspiring Leaders.
Dustin Nelson

Manager of Payment Relations, Intermountain Health
Dustin joined the Aspiring Leaders in 2021 to share his love of fostering personal and professional growth across a wide network of healthcare professionals and students in Colorado. Dustin also works for SCL Health as a Manager of Payer Relations for the Colorado and Montana markets and is proudly CHFP certified through HFMA. Dustin believes that being an active member of HFMA’s Colorado Chapter is an excellent way to become part of the growing healthcare community outside of your own organization.
Svenja Bellin

Business Manager, Revenue Cycle, UCHealth
Svenja joined HFMA CO Chapter in early 2017 and was the chair of the Aspiring Leaders committee from 2018-2021. Svenja served on the Colorado Chapter Board of Directors for the 2020-2021 chapter year and is now part of the leadership track as the Secretary. She started with UCHealth in 2016 and is the Executive Support Supervisor in the Revenue Cycle. In her free time, she loves to do any outdoor activity with her pup.
Maggie Bernreuter

Client Success Lead, Vispa
Maggie Bernreuter is the Client Success Lead at Vispa. Prior to joining the Vispa team, Maggie managed the implementation of updated technologies and systems at a retirement and assisted living community in High Point NC. She also helped jumpstart the First Launch Capital Fund, working in administration to launch and extensively document investment funding rounds. After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS in Entrepreneurship, she worked as a Systems Consultant for Equipe Corporation. Maggie is passionate about progressive change in the healthcare space and believes that innovation and a people-first mindset is the way forward.
Rhonda Gooding
Board Member
Billing Director, Banner Health
As a seasoned AR Collections Director, Rhonda Gooding has spent the last 30 years working in the Health Care arena. She began her career in nursing home billing and admissions, moving to pharmacy billing, orthopedics, general surgery and has spent the last 17 years of her career at Banner Health (Clinic Sr. Manager, Revenue Cycle Program Director, with the last 7 years as Billing Director).
She enjoys leading teams by example and encouraging individual career growths. She finds enjoyment in assuring goals are met and exceeded. Her teams’ motto is “Keep the Main Thing, the Main Thing” removing the obstacles and focusing on collections! (from “Monday Morning Leadership – David Cottrell).
Rhonda is married with 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. She is a family first kind of gal! She believes that finding time for yourself and your health is very important, and a great example for her team members and family.
